We design seal and gasket compounds to meet stringent performance requirements

A range of closed-cell sponge and dense rubber materials are evaluated based on the criteria of your application. These include:

· Neoprene
· Nitrile
· Silicone
· Polyisoprene
· Polyurethane
· Fluoroelastomer
· Fluorosilicone

Plastic materials also available.

Developing the appropriate material compound for an application requires the consideration of a number of factors.  Each material has its own advantages and disadvantages. Typically, the best course of action is to select a material that achieves a balance of performance properties while remaining cost-effective.

Understanding the end-use conditions of your application allows us to ensure your seal or gasket performs to expectations.

Learn more: Many sealing applications are enhanced by the use a dual-durometer extrusion or by bonding rubber to plastic.

Our R&D program draws on knowledge gained from our experience with a wide range of industries.  These include automotive, heavy equipment, food service, construction, appliances and many more. A full-scale testing lab is used to ensure materials perform to your specifications.

No matter what stage your project is in, application engineers can develop and refine simple to highly complex profiles.  This is an opportunity to identify potential cost reductions, quality and performance improvements or the benefits of many value-added services.

An in-house tool and die shop allows for efficient tooling development and refinement.
