MATERIALS

A range of closed-cell sponge and dense rubber materials are evaluated based on the criteria of your application. These include:

· Neoprene
· Nitrile
· Silicone
· Polyisoprene

· Fluoroelastomer
· Fluorosilicone

COMPOUND DESIGN

Developing the appropriate material compound for an application requires the consideration of a number of factors.  Each material has its own advantages and disadvantages. Typically, the best course of action is to select a material that achieves a balance of performance properties while remaining cost-effective.

Understanding the end-use conditions of your application allows us to ensure your seal or gasket performs to expectations.
