Lauren Innovations announced today that it has been added to the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) federal supplier list as an authorized vendor of their unique web-based technology software NaviGate which provides critical information solutions at anytime from anywhere for government agencies.
The new listing on the GSA schedule will allow federal, state and local agencies to more easily contract for NaviGate through the GSA contracting vehicle. GSA schedules are open-ended, five-year contracts listing the prices the government has negotiated to pay for suppliers’ products and services. Vendors must pass through an arduous and lengthy review process in order to be approved for GSA listing. Buyers save time and reach better purchasing decisions by procuring through the pre-approved list of suppliers.
“We are excited about the great opportunity this contract affords us to provide government agencies with 24/7 secure access to critical daily operations and emergency response information,” commented Jim Hummel, Vice President/COO for Lauren Innovations. “Now that we hold a GSA schedule our government clients and U.S. citizens will benefit from the essential role that NaviGate provides to contribute to a safer and more secure world.”
Government agencies and other organizations using the GSA schedule for purchases may now contract for NaviGate through GSA Contract Number GS-35F-0123Y, Schedule 70, General Purpose Commercial Information Technology Equipment, Software and Services. Lauren Innovations offers annual software licenses for NaviGate and training guidance to assist agencies through this contract.
Agencies procuring NaviGate through the GSA schedule contract will benefit from a greatly reduced acquisition timeline, pre-negotiated rates and terms, and can short-circuit the sometimes cumbersome RFP/approval processes, all of which make selecting Lauren Innovations attractive to government decision-makers.
The Lauren Innovations GSA sales efforts will be led by, Director of Strategic Business Development, Russell Collett. Collett is a retired U.S. Secret Service high-ranking official and has over 25 years of experience planning successful security for U.S. presidents, world leaders, and our nation’s critical infrastructure and key assets.
NaviGate by Lauren Innovations is the one web-based system every organization should have to plan for the unexpected, be compliant, make better decisions, and access critical information. The integrated Incident Management, Document Management, Property Management, Learning Management, and Emergency management modules work together to benefit individuals, specific departments or entire organizations. From safety and security personnel to human resources and operations managers, the versatility and role-based access control of NaviGate allow any authorized user to instantly put critical information at the fingertips of those who need it.
