According to Chuck Laney, President of Lauren AgriSystems, Carpenter's duties include increasing the efficiency and success of the day-to-day operation of United States and Canada sale efforts.

Carpenter is directly responsible for the expansion of Lauren AgriSystem's dealer base and the development of new product solutions that best service the dairy industry.
"Rich's creativity, great capabilities and positive personality will certainly help our company grow," Laney continued. "He's been involved with every aspect of the business for the last four years. Because of that experience, he works exceptionally well within every facet of the day-to-day operations of Lauren AgriSystems."
Carpenter has a Bachelor of Science in Education from The Ohio State University and a master's degree in sports administration from Texas Tech University. He and his wife, Erika, reside in Canton, Ohio.
